The G-2 is a Kiridashi-style paring knife with a single bevel and hollow ground back. It has a titanium alloy handle and a corrosion-resistant MagnaCut steel edge, joined with a dovetail lamination. Its corrosion resistance makes it great for outdoor activities like green woodworking.

The knife comes with a leather case and is ready to shave out of the box.

Jonathans Hot Take:

A confessionI have a knife addiction (literally, I own hundreds of them). But I have to say, Zen-Wus knives are consistently in my top 3. Its the first paring knife Ive ever seen with dovetailed steel and titanium. The leather case is also great, letting you protect your tool in style.

The design is incredible, it feels amazing in the hand, and its pretty as hell. Its perfect for cleaning up ultra-fine corners and other hard-to-reach areas. Its also amazing for slicing down delicate veneers.
