Brand Name: Diablo Sub Brand: Metal Demon Drill Size: 1/8 in. Overall Length: 2.6 in. Material: Stainless Steel Product Type: Drill Bit Shank Type: 3-Flat Shank Number in Package: 2 pc Packaging Type: Carded Flute Length: 1.4 in. REASON ADDED Acenet Direct Program Diablo’s Metal Demo Drill Bits redefining metal drilling by eliminating the need to carry multiple types of bits as the Metal Demon range’s exclusive design delivers maximum durability, superior performance, longer life in mild, hardened, and stainless steels. This ultimate drill bit delivers up to 30X longer life when compared to standard drill bits. A 130-degree Hybrid Split Point Tip design enables fast, on-point starts. Diablo’s proprietary Thermal Shield Protective Coating creates a multi-layered protective barrier around the tip to shield against heat, increase life and maximize durability. An automated precision CNC grinding process ensures strict industrial standard angle tolerances to minimize bit wear and enable faster drilling. The optimized flute design removes metal debris faster, keeping the tip cooler for ultimate strength and durability in all metal drilling applications. A 3-Flat shank design prevents slippage for accurate hole drilling..It makes pre-drilling obsolete and maintains the tips sharpness resulting in increased speed and accurate starts.3-flat shank increases bit stability by preventing shank slippage and providing ideal torque transmission during tool usage.Ideal for metal (mild steel), cast iron, stainless steel, and sheet metals. Can also be used to drill through wood and plastic…..
